FAQ
When will we receive our gallery?
Non-event galleries will be delivered 2-4 weeks. Event galleries will be delivered within 90 days. It's always best to refer back to the signed contract. Rush galleries are an option for an additional cost.
How long are each session?
As you have noticed each session is not timed, not all families can accommodate a session down to the minute. I have a general rule that each session is at least 30mins or curated to each clients needs.
Do you do maternity or newborn photos?
I do all photos! I don't supply maternity dresses or specialize in newborn posed photos as my work consist of a true to life -style. Ideal maternity photos are between 28-36 weeks. And the ideal timeframe for newborns is 3-4 weeks old.
Do you offer mini sessions? Your cheapest option is still above my budget.
I do not offer mini sessions, my personal belief is I cannot capture your most precious moments within 15mins. As you can see I offer a Sliding Pay Scale option, please contact me to discuss a suitable option for you and your family.
Can I order prints through you?
You are definitely able to order prints through me. With each package you are able to purchase additional products of your favorite photos from our print store. Ordering from our print store will give you the best quality which is always recommended but I'm no stranger to the convenience of the drug store or supermarket print station.
How will we receive our gallery?
All of my galleries are online. A personalized link will be sent to you where you have full access to download, share, choose your favorite photos and even order prints. These galleries will be available for up to 2mo.
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
No, you do not. I require a non-refundable retainer to secure your session date and time and the full amount due 1 week prior to scheduled session/event date. All proposals can be customized to each persons needs.
